  2. Are you open on weekends for goods or sample collections? We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
  3. Can I visit your store in person? Currently, we are unable to accommodate walk-in clients. However, you can easily reach us via WhatsApp at +65 8503 9918, and we will respond promptly.
  4. Is doorstep delivery available? Rest assured, Evolitz will arrange for your goods to be delivered right to your doorstep. (Subject to full payment)
  5. What is your payment structure? To confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit. The balance payment is due after stock completion, prior to delivery.
  6. What if I am not satisfied with the delivered goods? Do you have a return policy? While we take utmost care to ensure the quality of our goods closely matches the design provided, slight variations may occur during production. We are open to hearing your feedback and addressing any concerns.
  7. I have a unique corporate branding idea that is not on your website. Can you help? Absolutely! Evolitz specializes in customized gifts to enhance your corporate brand. Please email us at enquiry@evolitz.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
  8. How can a client place an order? You can easily place your order via email or WhatsApp. Let us know the estimated quantity for each item and any custom requirements. We will then provide an official quotation and invoice accordingly.
  9. How much advance notice is required for placing an order? Our standard production lead time is typically 7-10 working days (about 2 weeks), depending on the quantity and stock availability. It is advisable to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
  10. Do you offer international delivery? Yes, Evolitz provides delivery services overseas. The delivery rate will be quoted based on your location and parcel weight.
  11. Why are prices not displayed on the Evolitz website? Since our items are custom-made, pricing is adjusted accordingly and not shown on the website.
  12. Are there minimum quantity requirements? Yes, Evolitz has minimum order quantity (MOQ) conditions for item production. Please contact our salesperson for further information.
  13. Can I request samples of your products? Certainly! Simply share your inquiries with our salesperson, and we will arrange a sample based on your specifications.
  14. What file format should the artwork design be emailed in? Please ensure the artwork is provided in AI format or an editable PDF file to facilitate printing adjustments and final drafting before proceeding with mass production.
